The Checkr Pay account balance is visible via the "Home" tab from the in-product navigation, as well as on the initial login screen. If you have a pending authorization hold, or withdrawal that is in process, that will show under the Available Balance as Pending transactions.
You can also get your current account balance by texting "balance" from the phone number associated with your Checkr Pay account to 415-424-4020
Your account balance summarizes all dollars earned and accepted into your Checkr Pay account. Once a job or shift is completed and a payout is issued, earnings will become immediately visible in your account balance and a new transaction will appear in your account transaction history.
If you have set up direct deposit the transaction history will show the payouts that were issued to your selected account, and the pending payout will also show on the Home tab.
Should you choose to remove funds from your account via the account withdrawals functionality or spend earnings on your Visa Business Debit card, these funds will be deducted from the account balance. Your account balance can not dip below zero. Debit card transactions or account withdrawals requested beyond the available funds held will be declined.
User Note: Your account balance summarizes all earnings received from all Checkr Pay customers to whom you are employed. Should you work for two gig platforms, both of whom leverage Checkr Pay, your accounts will be merged and your account balance will be reflective of the aggregate earnings across both providers.
