To update any contact information, select More and Personal Information. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to request a profile update. Simply click the drop down arrow and fill in only the information that needs to be updated and enter in the provided fields.
You may also visit support.checkrpay.com, scroll to the bottom, and select "create ticket".
Note: Updating your contact information will only update your profile on the Checkr Pay platform. To update your information with your gig partner, you may need to contact them directly.
