Should you believe that a transaction was processed via your Visa Business Debit card in error, you should immediately file a dispute.
To do so, first navigate to the "Card" screen (as accessible through the in-product navigation.) Once there, hit the "Freeze" button below the virtual card so that additional transactions will be declined until your issue is resolved.
Next, navigate to the "Manage My Card" button below the virtual card. Doing so will prompt you to call a 24/7 phone support line via Visa Business Services at 1-888-733-0027. The Visa team will do a full intake of the incident and investigate on your behalf. Once resolved, a notification will be sent via email summarizing findings, applicable refunds, and any actions required by you. As aligned to consumer regulatory requirements, resolution or response within a 90 day period is required.
