Here are some common questions and important information you need to know about receiving rewards by using your Checkr Pay card.
What transactions are eligible for cashback?
Anytime you swipe your card to purchase gas, you’re earning rewards that can be spent on any transaction.
How does the cashback program work?
We offer two tiers of cashback: basic (1% back) and premium (1.5% back). Everyone earns 1% back on gas transactions on the basic tier. Once you spend $400 per month on any transaction, you upgrade to the premium tier and start being rewarded with 1.5% cashback on your gas purchases.
Is there a cutoff time period?
Your cash back is deposited directly into your Checkr Pay account within 2-3 days and is available for you to use however you'd like. You can use the rewards you have earned at anytime.
Is there a minimum redemption requirement?
There is no minimum redemption. Cashback redemptions are automatically deposited into your account balance as soon as the purchase transaction settles. This is typically within 2-3 business days.
How do I track my cashback progress?
Got it covered! We keep track of your cashback progress for you and provide updates via text messages.
Can I have an update on my progress?
We will send weekly updates to earners for the previous week's earnings. We also send monthly updates to those who earned rewards the previous month.
Are there any limitations on cashback?
A maximum cashback of $10.00 per month can be earned.
Can you give me an example of rewards in action?
Andre spends $150 in gas transactions. He receives a text and sees rewards totaling $1.50. He spends an additional $250.00 on other items and gets a text message welcoming him to premium tier. The rest of the month his rewards for gas purchases are 1.5%. On the last day of the month, he has spent $350 in gas and had received $5.25 in rewards applied to his balance.
Returns/Disputes
Any returns or disputes on transactions will result in the removal of cashback. Cashback may also be disabled if there are signs of fraud or abuse.
