As part of our authentication process, all submitted documents undergo strict verification procedures. However, documents can be rejected for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
Image Quality
- The image quality is poor and the information cannot be read.
- The photo does not show all four corners of the document.
- The image is a screenshot, not a photo.
Please lay the document on a flat surface and take a photo of the document with all four corners showing.
Reminder! Must be an actual photo and not a screenshot of a photo. This is requested for security purposes.
Name, Address, Social Security Number (SSN), or Date Of Birth are a mismatch
- The document submitted doesn't match the information on the profile.
If the information should be corrected with Checkr Pay account, please submit a support ticket to update before resubmitting.
Expired
- Driver’s License, Identification card, or Passport has an expired date
Please obtain a current document and resubmit. Some renewal documentation may be accepted with the expired document, please submit a support ticket for clarification.
Other
This refers to any other reason not listed above.
Checkr Pay will provide clarification and how to resolve the issue with the rejection response communication.
