As part of our authentication process, all submitted documents undergo strict verification procedures. However, documents can be rejected for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
Image Quality The image quality is poor and the information cannot be read. The photo does not show all four corners of the document. The image is a screenshot not a photo.
Retake the photo of full page, without flash, and verify they can be read before resubmitting.
Name, Address, Social Security Number (SSN), or Date Of Birth Mismatch The document doesn't match the information on the profile.
If the information should be corrected with Checkr Pay account, please submit a support ticket to update before resubmitting.
Expired Driver’s License, Identification card, or Passport must be current.
Please obtain a current document and resubmit. Some renewal documentation may be accepted with the expired document, please reach out to support for clarification.
Other This refers to any other reason not listed above, such as if a document type isn't accepted. Checkr Pay will provide clarification with the rejection response.
