After logging into the Checkr Pay wallet, from the Home tab, select "More" and "Manage Payout Methods." Choose "Direct Deposit." You can enter your banking information manually or through Plaid.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log In​ or access your Checkr Pay wallet with your credentials through your gig parter platform.
2. Navigate​ to the Home tab.
3. Click on More
4. Select Manage Payout Methods
5. Choose Direct Deposit
6. Enter Banking Info​:
   1. Manually​: Input your bank account and routing numbers.
   2. Plaid​: Connect your bank account securely with bank password through Plaid.*
7. Ensure all details are correct and confirm your selection. Please make sure direct deposit has an active box next to it. 
8. Always double-check your bank information to avoid delays. Contact support using the live chat or form if the information is not correct. 

*Depending on the configuration of your gig partner, set up via Plaid may not be available.

Your gig partner may not choose to enable Direct Deposit or Instant Direct Deposit. In these situations, you can follow the instructions to manually send ACH transfers to your external account after each payout.
