1. To change your direct deposit account information, follow these steps:
2. Log In​ or access your Checkr Pay wallet with your credentials through your gig partner platform.
3. From the Home tab, select "More.
4. Click on "Manage Payout Methods."
5. Choose either "Checkr Wallet" or "Direct Deposit." Selecting one will cancel the other.
6. Enter your new banking information manually or through Plaid.
7. Ensure all details are correct and confirm your selection. Please make sure the direct deposit option has an active box next to it.

Tips:
• ​Verification​: Double-check all entered information to avoid any issues with payouts.

Your gig partner may not choose to enable Direct Deposit or Instant Direct Deposit. In these situations, you can follow the instructions to manually send ACH transfers to your external account after each payout.
